Bench Pressing

The bench press is a universal exercise that tests a man’s or a woman’s strength. You will be surprised how many people don’t perform this exercise correctly. Everyday I read and see little scrawny kids putting too much weight on the bar…then they try to press it with horrible form!

I am about to introduce you to the proper way to bench. This goes for both men & women out there. As you know I research and read a lot about supplements, exercises, and nutrition. I stumbled onto a man with a lot of knowledge of the iron game.

Please meet  Dave Tate. Dave in my humble opinion is the foremost expert in powerlifting and strength training. He is a writer and an entrepeneur in his own right.

I will let him explain the correct way to do the bench press.

There you have it!. The correct way to bench press. Next time your about to bench 315 for reps in front of all the girls at your gym…make sure you are using correct form. Or else you will sustain an injury that will side line you from the gym for a long time.

Now I will use this time to share with you my current bench/chest exercises.
